It has been a while since we have updated you on the Pesek Project and there is SO much to share. The exterior of the house is weather proof and simply awaiting siding. Siding is expected to arrive the week of Thanksgiving. Once that is up and the final window is in place, the exterior will be completed.
The interior of the house has all walls up, all dry wall is up, there is a bathtub, all pipes are run for the bathroom and all electricity is ready to go. The hole that will become the doorway between the addition and the original structure is cut. The bathroom in the addition was where a window in the original structure once was. That window has been removed, the hole where the window existed has been insulated, drywalled and painted.
Another bathroom! Is this heaven???
So very much progress. Our next steps are: Mudding and taping, painting, flooring, trim and doors. Once those things are finalized at least bedrooms will be ready for kids to move into!
